Yamada is a truly excellent doctor, some say a true medical genius.
So why does someone like him work in a second-rate school?
The reason for this decision is sitting right next to him, it's his favorite patient - Isamu.
And why is this undoubtedly charming (and, it must be admitted, impressively built) young man his favorite?
Mainly for two reasons: Dr. Yamada is a very impatient man and his blood boils when, on his command "please take off your shirt/pants/clothing", a patient gets nervous and takes off his clothes for 10-15 minutes, while Isamu (as you can see in the presented photo) has no such problem (yes, these are Isamu's everyday and only clothes); secondly: Yamada hates it when patients ask "why do I have to take these pills, do I really need them?", and when at the first visit he told Isamu "boy, you look pathetic, here are some special pills", our charming boy did not ask him any questions and swallowed everything the doctor told him to.
Although some of his friends thought the side effects (i.e. Isamu actually ejaculated all the time) were a bit “troublesome”, Isamu didn’t care at all (he didn’t even care that some, behind his back, of course, called him a “walking sperm factory” or “our milk bull”), and many of his best friends thought it was an “adorable trait”.
Oh, I forgot, there was another reason: the doctor diagnosed that Isamu had very delicate skin and needed someone to caress it daily (of course, appropriately gently and lovingly) with a special lotion.
Of course, that someone was the doctor himself. After all, as a responsible person, he couldn’t leave the boy in the hands of some uneducated pseudo-doctor, right?
So the doctor takes care of his favorite patient’s health and delicate skin every day, worrying about his “weak physique” every day and giving him his healing pills.
Although as a result, Isamu grows and grows, so the doctor has more and more work (you know, more surface to rub the lotion on...), but he doesn't complain.
Although it's possible that if this continues, Isamu, in addition to being his favorite patient, will become his only patient...
